Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

AnalogPic (“we”, “us”) operates analogpic.com. We are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any privacy question, contact hello@analogpic.com.

What we collect

  • Order information — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your email and a hashed password.
  • Newsletter — your email address, only if you subscribe.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies to keep the site and your cart working.

Why we use it

  • To process, produce and deliver your order
  • To send you order confirmations, shipping notifications and tracking links
  • To answer your questions and handle returns or claims
  • To send you our newsletter, if you asked for it — you can unsubscribe from any email
  • To detect fraud and keep the store secure
  • To meet our tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary, with:

  • Printful — our print and fulfillment partner. They receive your name and shipping address in order to produce and ship your order. See the Printful privacy policy.
  • PayPal — to process card and PayPal payments. See the PayPal privacy statement.
  • Hostinger — our hosting provider, and Hostinger Reach for newsletter delivery. See the Hostinger privacy policy.
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
  • Authorities — only where we are legally required to.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to function: keeping items in your cart, keeping you logged in, and remembering your preferences. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work correctly without them.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the European Union, the CCPA in California, and Law 25.326 in Argentina — you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time

To exercise any of these, write to hello@analogpic.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International transfers

Because we print and ship worldwide, your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and countries in the European Union. Our providers are bound by contract to protect it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for significant changes, notify subscribers by email.
