These terms apply whenever you browse analogpic.com or place an order with us.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. AnalogPic is operated from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Questions: hello@analogpic.com.
Products and prices
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout.
- Import duties and local taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Every item is printed on demand after you order. We do not hold stock.
- Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the printed product, and between production batches. This is normal for printed goods and is not a defect.
- We may change prices or discontinue a design at any time. The price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — if payment cannot be verified, if an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we suspect fraud.
Because production starts quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible before the order enters production. Write to us as soon as possible.
Payment
We accept PayPal and card payments through PayPal, and bank transfer where offered. Orders paid by bank transfer are held until the transfer is confirmed, and are cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days. We never store your card details.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times, tracking and customs are covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Claims, replacements and refunds are covered in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photographs, text and the AnalogPic name and logo are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer any rights to the design. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or use our designs commercially — including on print-on-demand platforms — without our written permission. For licensing, write to hello@analogpic.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data from it by automated means without our permission.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Third-party links
Where we link to other sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and disputes fall to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without affecting consumer rights you hold where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
